Algemeen reglement

The entrance  in the camping implies acceptance and full compliance with these REGULATIONS, which may be supplemented separately by additional rules deemed suitable by the Management for the better functioning of the campsite.

Deposit: The deposit must be sent within 2 working days from the request, following the indicated methods. In case of non-payment within the established period, the Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the total balance at the time of payment
Confirmation: The reservation is valid only upon receipt of the corresponding confirmation, sent after the reception has received the deposit payment.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation conditions are described in the Booking form for the reservation. The booked period, even if not fully enjoyed due to delayed arrival or early departure, must be fully paid.

Reception and Cash Service Opening Hours: The reception is open from 08 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The cash service is active from 08 a.m. to 08 p.m.
Document Registration: Upon arrival, guests  should go immediately  to the reception to register their documents  (one for each person staying), to view the internal regulations, and for legal formalities. The management reserves the right not to accept guests who do not present regular documentation, refuse to deliver the documents, impede legal formalities in any way, or are inconsistent with campground policies.
Camping Pass: At check-in, each guest is provided with a Camping Pass, which allows access to the campsite and must always be presented to the staff when requested.
Assignment of Pitch and/or Accommodation Unit: It is at the discretion of the management to consider the customer's preference but not to guarantee it. The staff reserves the right to modify this preference based on availability and without notice. Booked pitches are guaranteed from 12 p.m. onwards; those not booked can be occupied at any time during reception opening hours. Accommodation units are scheduled to be delivered from 03 p.m. For booked accommodation units and pitches, guests are requested to notify in case of arrival after 05 p.m.
Late Arrival: For arrivals scheduled after 09 p.m. , guests should contact the reception to arrange arrival time. Customers are kindly requested to send via email a photo of the identity documents of each expected guest for the stay. For accommodation units, if guests arrive after the reception closing time and have sent the document photos in advance, the guard will be authorized to accompany the customer to their accommodation (leaving the car in the parking lot located outside the campground entrance) and provide the necessary materials for access. For pitches, if arrival occurs after 09 p.m., access to the pitch is not guaranteed; however, it is possible to stay overnight in the internal campsite parking lot. Failure to arrive by 12 a.m. (except for those who have agreed in advance with the reception for arrival after this time) will result in the loss of the entire deposit and cancellation of the reservation.
Rates, Capacity, and Services: The pitch can accommodate people with a camper or a tent or trailer with a car. All crew equipment must be placed in the assigned pitch; occupying other pitches or spaces, even if free, is not allowed. The daily rate is established during booking or directly on-site for customers without a reservation. The group leader must declare the exact composition of their crew; in case of discrepancies, the Management reserves the right to adjust the daily price without notice. Any errors in communicated prices must be reported immediately. For customers who booked through OTA (Online Travel Agencies), please note that the stay rates may vary from those displayed on the campground's website. All prices related to the stay are exclusive of any municipal and/or government taxes.
Included in the stay cost are the following services:

Access to sports fields and pools (padel excluded).
Sun loungers and umbrellas at the pools, subject to availability (not bookable).
Access to the children's playground and animation service (when available), with increased daytime activities and evening shows during the high season.
Water, electricity (one connection), and WiFi connection usable in most of the campground.
Common bathrooms, 24-hour shower (hot/cold) (excluding private bathrooms).
Camper Service WC.
Impediments to accessing various services or failure to enjoy them do not entitle to discounts or reduction of the daily rate.

Presence Variations: Guests are obliged to always report any absence from the campground and any eventual return; please note that temporarily vacant pitches or accommodation units will be counted as occupied.
Minor Custody: The campground management does not exercise any supervision over the guests' activities. The custody of children is entrusted to the parents, who are solely responsible even towards third parties, releasing both the campground ownership and the staff from any liability. Children must be accompanied in using various facilities and services. Minors can stay with the presence of at least one adult.
Visits: Visitors are allowed compatibly with the campground's capacity. Their entry is allowed from 08 a.m. to 10 p.m. only on foot, and after delivering an identity document for each person present. The visit is free if it lasts a maximum of 1 hour; if the visitor wishes to extend the stay, the entrance fee will be charged, which may vary depending on the seasonality. It is mandatory to inform the management of any presence of visitors' vehicles, also providing the vehicle's license plate number.
Quiet Hours: Noise (games, behaviors, activities, etc.) must be moderate during the day, absolutely prohibited during quiet hours, from 01 p.m. to 03 p.m. and from 12 a.m. to 06:30 a.m. (during the latter, arrivals and departures are prohibited, as well as dismantling and assembling tents, verandas, etc.). Sound devices are tolerated only at a very low volume during the day; they are always prohibited during quiet hours.
Internal Traffic: Vehicles can only be used for entering and exiting the campground; this is not possible from 12 a.m. to 06:30 a.m. ; motorcycles and motorbikes are accepted at the discretion of the management. All vehicles must proceed at a walking pace, both inside the campground and in the immediate vicinity. Pedestrians and cyclists always have the right of way but must not obstruct traffic. Parking of vehicles is allowed in areas indicated by the management, which may, as needed, request their relocation.
Pets: Pets must be declared immediately upon arrival. In the Fossalta mobile home, only one dog is allowed (not Superior), while in the pitches, a maximum of two dogs are allowed. Access for dogs is prohibited in the sanitary facilities and pool areas. They must always be kept on a leash (reasonably short) and taken outside the campground for their physiological needs. Owners are fully responsible for their actions.
Beach: Lighting fires, forming noisy gatherings at night, parking with carts, boats, and cars are not allowed on the beach. During periods of high tourist influx, access with cars to launch boats is not allowed from 11 a.m. to 06 p.m.  (except for exceptional cases such as sudden storms). Motorboats can approach the shore only with the engine off and never in the bathing area. The campground declines all responsibility for damage to boats moored to the buoys leased by the campground due to: weather events, improper mooring by the owner, and/or theft. It is not allowed to leave canoes, kayaks, windsurfers, and jet skis on the beach.
Hygiene Rules: Guests are required to maintain the cleanliness of the structure (accommodation units, pitches, and sanitary facilities); any damages resulting from negligent use will be charged to the guest. Chemical toilets must be emptied only into the appropriate drains and never into fountains, bathrooms, and water collection grids. The water supplied throughout the campground is drinkable; it is recommended not to waste it. The use of sanitary facilities dedicated to the handicapped is possible after obtaining the keys at the reception.
Security: Guests must keep their belongings safe; the management declines all responsibility for thefts or damages to property and persons caused by third parties; it is only responsible for damages caused by its employees. Found objects within the campground must be delivered to the management, which will keep them until the rightful owner is found; anyone withholding items not belonging to them may be reported for misappropriation.

Pitches: Guests who have booked the pitch are required to settle the bill upon arrival. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as arrival after the reception opening hours or technical problems with the payment system, the balance of the account can be made at a later time only during the cash service opening hours. The stay rates are from the time of arrival until 12 p.m the following day (regardless of the arrival time); if departure occurs after this time, the next night must also be paid. Any variations or extensions of the stay must be agreed upon and confirmed with the reception in advance.
Accommodation Units: Guests are required to settle the bill upon arrival. The final cleaning fee is mandatory for stays of 1 to 3 nights. For Fossalta mobile homes where a dog is present, this fee is also required for stays longer than 3 nights. Keys must be returned in the morning on the day of departure by 10:00. It is allowed, subject to campground capacity and after notifying the reception, to leave the car in the parking lots and stay the entire day (at no additional cost). Check-out is mandatory by 10 p.m.

When the evacuation message is broadcasted from the loudspeaker, go on foot to the nearest designated assembly point indicated on the map. Once reached, follow the instructions given by the emergency team. Do not attempt to reach the exit by car to avoid hindering rescue operations.

Disabled Customers: A rescue and assistance system has been organized for disabled customers unaccompanied by able-bodied individuals. These individuals must report to the Reception as soon as possible to allow for the organization of necessary assistance in case of need.

Measures to be Respected: It is forbidden to:

Store more than 30 kg of LPG in portable containers.
